Vendor Rules & Regulations
Application Submission
- Vendor applications must be submitted online by Sunday, August 31, 2025. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
- Any items you plan to sell during the fair must be represented in your (3) images submitted with your application.
- We DO NOT accept direct sales vendors at our show.
General Rules
- No personal pets allowed.
- NO SMOKING ALLOWED ON THE FAIR GROUNDS! THIS WILL BE ENFORCED!
- No propane or kerosene heaters allowed.
- You may not sell food or drinks from your booth.
- All booths MUST remain intact until fair closing.
- We reserve the right to remove any offensive or non-juried product(s).
- Booth assignments WILL NOT be reassigned.
Registration / Setup
- Registration and set up will begin at 9:00AM on Friday, October 31st and 5:30AM on Saturday, November 1st.
- Accepted vendors who have not checked in by 8:00am on Saturday, November 1st will forfeit their space and booth fee.
- Accepted vendors must show a valid parking pass and photo ID.
- ALL vehicles are required to be moved and parked in vendor parking by 8:00am on Saturday, November 1st. No trailers will be allowed inside the gate on Saturday morning.
- Tent weights are required. Minimum of 25 pound weights per tent leg.
Sales Tax & Business Licenses
- We will provide you with sales tax information in a follow-up vendor packet.
- Vendors are responsible for collection and payment of sales tax for Montgomery County (3%), State of Alabama (4%) and Town of Pike Road (1.13%).
- Vendors are responsible for obtaining Town of Pike Road 1-day business license ($19).
Parking & Security
- Parking passes will be furnished and must be displayed on the dash of your vehicle. Vehicles must be parked in the vendor parking lot.
- Overnight parking is allowed in the vendor parking lot.
- Security will be provided Friday night, October 31st.
Cleanup
- Do not leave garbage on the grounds. Vendors who violate this rule will not be asked to come back.
Damage
- The Pike Road Arts & Crafts Fair will assume NO responsibility for loss, theft or damage to item exhibited.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be in writing. Show deposits and fees are NOT REFUNDABLE.
- An accepted application is commitment to participate in the show. NO REFUNDS will be made for ANY reason.
